Work Orders for a Management Company - you can now create Work Orders for Management Companies in the Create New Work Order task. The Community/Co. drop down list on the first step of the task will now include Management Companies in addition to Maintenance Companies and Communities.
Work Order Line items from these Work Orders can be included in AR Invoices for the Management Company (Maintenance Detail > Create AR Invoice).
Printed Work List - Maintenance Detail > General Information and Work Detail > Find Work - from these two locations you have the ability to print a Work List by clicking the printer icon . With 9.0.63, more detail has been added to this printed Work List to make it more useful as a handout to maintenance personnel who may not have access to Property Manager.
Work Orders printed on the Work List will now include all open items.
The Paid and Chargeback columns will only display if there are non-zero values.
The printed Work List is now in landscape format.
A bug where the printed Work List was showing an Amount Paid (on an AP Invoice) when the Work Detail > Billing tab was not has been corrected and the printed Work List will now agree with what is displayed on the Work Detail > Billing tab.
Work Order and Inspection Line Items will be each separated by a blank line on the Printed Work List to make them easier to read.
Purchase Material - The Purchase Material task has been updated to make it easier and more efficient to use.
The Add Material popup on the second step of the task will open automatically when you get to this step.
The first Inventory Location in the list will automatically be selected.
General Supplies will be selected as the Default Item.
The Source will default to be set as Vendor.
Former Employees included in Maintain Time Tracking - The Maintain Time Tracking task on the Work Detail > Time Tracking tab will no longer include former/inactive employees.
Close Selected Work Order task, Line Items Closed in Error - While in the Close Selected Work Order task, if you had set the status of any Line Item in error, click Prev to go back to the Close Work Order Step where you can change the status for each Line Item to what it should be.

When purchasing materials on a Work Order (New Work Order, Purchase Material), the default vendor will automatically be selected when adding the Material Line Item. This default selection can be changed when necessary.
Inspection Templates - Rate All Possible Deficiencies Option Removed - The ability to create an Inspection Template (System Administration > Maintenance Setup, Add an Inspection Template task) that Rates All Possible Deficiencies has been removed and Inspection Templates will now only create Inspections that Rate Observed Deficiencies Only.
The Rate All Possible Deficiencies option was removed because this option created inspections with many line items, which in turned caused performance issues in Property Manager.
Templates with Default Vendor or Staff with a Schedule - Work Orders that are created from a Work Order Template at System Administration > Maintenance Setup that has either a default vendor or default staff member assigned to it and has been setup with a recurring schedule, will automatically be placed in the Dispatch To-Do List Activity on the Maintenance Detail > General Information tab.

NAHMA XML Standard Version 2.0 - The use of the new NAHMA XML standard is required starting January 1, 2012 for Tax Credit Exports (Occupancy and Compliance Detail > LIHTC) and to meet this requirement a new Export Type has been added to System Administration > Export Setup for Tax Credit Transmit NAHMA v2.0.
Process 236 Overage - Issues with processing 236 Overage from the Accounting Detail > General Information tab while in the Process 236 Overage To-Do List Activity when you are 2 or more months behind have been addressed to ensure that what is included on the Monthly Report of Excess Income is correct.
As part of this fix, you can no longer run the Print 236 Overage Forms task for a given month until after you have run the Process 236 Overage task. This ensures that the report always represents what was actually processed for any given month.
