Once a Work Order or Inspection has been Scheduled, it will be in the Dispatch To-Do List Activity. The Dispatch To-Do List Activity is where the Work Order or Inspection is dispatched to the vendor or in-house employee who is to do the work.
The Dispatch Options include:
Saving the Work Order or Inspection to an Adobe PDF file to be emailed or otherwise sent electronically.
FAXing the Work Order or Inspection directly to the staff member or vendor doing the work.
This requires that a FAX be defined on the computer the work is being dispatched from.
Printing the Work Order or Inspection to be sent to the staff member or vendor doing the work.
All printers defined on the computer will be available to print to.
When dispatching a Work Order or Inspection, the Location/Ship to Address can be either the Community Address or Unit Address or an address manually entered at the time of dispatch. Whether to default to the Community Address or Unit Address can be set on the Community Detail > General tab.
