The Annual Recertification Tab can be accessed by clicking the icon in the tool bar or from the Property Manager Menu (Property Manager > Occupancy and Compliance > Annual Recertification). This window along with its associated tasks is meant to be a tracking system to ensure timely completion of each households’ recertification (i.e. - which households need to be sent a first, second or third notice).
The Annual Recertification Process provides information as to what step the household is in throughout the process. The new process works when there is a community wide recertification date or when the recertification falls on the tenant anniversary dates. Depending on which task you are performing either multiple households or one household can be selected for the task.
The To-Do List counts and list of households is dependent on the context bar.
The tab is broken down into two windows: the To-Do List and the list of households falling into that stage of the Annual Recertification Process. As you click on each stage in the To-Do List, the details on the right will change.
If you navigate to this window with a Household in context, that household will be highlighted where ever they are in the Annual Recertification Process. If the household is not found, you will default to the Send Notices step of the To-Do List with no households selected.
As you complete a task in any To-Do List Activities, the To-Do List Activity you launched the task from will stay active with the first household in the list selected.

Tasks will only show when there are households that are listed that meet the prerequisites of the task. For example, if all households listed in the Send Notices step have been sent the 1st notice, the Send First Notice and Questionnaire task will not be in the Task List.
Some tasks are available in more than one step of the process.
