This task is used to add a new member to a household from the Annual Recertification Process. These tasks work on the selected household, and are available any time after the first notice is sent until the tenant signs consent to begin verifying references.
There must be at least two members of the selected household. If there is only one member, task will not be displayed.

Household has been sent at least the first notice and
Household has not signed the Verification Forms and
Select the member to be removed.
Click Next.
De-select any references associated with the member being removed by un-checking the Active check box in the reference detail. If the reference is to be transferred to another existing member of the household, select the existing member’s name from the drop-down list.
If there are no references associated with the selected member, this screen will be skipped.
Click Next.
Expire any income, asset, or expense items associated with the selected member by checking the check box for each item. If the item is to be transferred to another existing member of the household, select that household member’s name from the drop-down list.
If there are no income, asset, or expense items associated with the selected member, this screen will be skipped.
Click Next.
Enter the Move-Out date.
Select the cause of the Move-Out from the drop-down list.
If the member you are removing is currently the Head of Household select the new Head of Household from the drop-down list.
Enter a forwarding address or check to box to indicate no forwarding address.
Enter any forwarding phone number(s).
Click Next.
An Overall Status window will pop up with a Passed or Failed message.
If it failed you may need to make a correction or contact Bostonpost Client Support at myMRI or contact a Client Support Analyst directly at (877) 579-8896 for assistance.
If it passed click Close.
Enter the Tenant Response Date.
This step of the task only appears when the household is in the Send Notices Step of the Annual Recertification Process.
Select any available documents you want to print by checking the box next to the document name.
You can also use the Select All and Deselect All links to help in making your selections.
Documents included in the "Remove Household Member: Confirm" Document Group (System Administration > Maintain Documents - Maintain Document Groups) will be included in the list of available documents.
Specify the number of copies you want for each document.
You can preview many of the documents in Microsoft Word, make changes, and print them within Microsoft Word by clicking the preview icon.
Click Finished.
A pop-up message will appear "You have successfully moved this person out of the household." Click OK.
