Bypass Verification of References

This task is for households that do not have any references to verify, and allows the user to bypass the Verify References step.  This task is only available for households in the Verify References step of the Annual Recertification Process, when you have obtained tenant signatures, but no verification forms with tracking have been printed for the household.  This task allows the user to select households to intentionally move to the Certify activity.

Prerequisites to complete task correctly.

• Household is in the Verify References step of the Annual Recertification Process

How do you get here?

Occupancy and Compliance Detail Annual Recertification Tab Tasks Bypass Verification of References

To complete task:

1. Enter an effective date.

2. Select one or more or all households.  You can select to include or exclude Voucher Holders from the list

3. Click Finished and the household or households has been moved to the Certify Step.
