Record Tenant Signature Obtained

This task is only available for households in the Obtain Tenant Signatures activity.  This task operates on a single selected household, and allows you to indicate to Property Manager that you have the necessary signatures from the tenant, and are ready to move the household to the Verify References activity.

This task provides a way for the user to move from Obtain Tenant Signatures to Verify References without going through the Maintain Tenant Information and References task.

Prerequisites to complete task correctly.

• Tenant Information and References have been updated for this household, but their signatures on the verification forms have not been obtained.

To Receive Verification Forms:

1. Tenant Signatures - Indicate whether or not you have received all the updated information and signatures from the household.

2. Click Finished with yes selected and the household will move onto the Verify References step.
