In this step of the Annual Recertification Process you will mark verification forms as verified and enter the return date or marked as failed to verify. If the verification forms are returned at different times you may return to this step as needed to record the return of each. Once all references for a household have been marked as either Verified and/or Failed to Verify, the household will be moved to the Certify Step.

Tenant Information and References have been updated for this household
Track Verification Forms - For each reference select whether or not if the reference Verified or Failed to Verify
If you select Failed to Verify, you will be prompted with the question "Marking a reference form as Failed to Verify will inactivate the reference. Are you sure that you want to do this?". If you answer yes, the reference associated with the verification from will be inactivated.
If you select Verified, the Returned Date will default to today's date. You have the option of changing this date.
Click the Print button for each verification form to print that form.
If you have enabled Document Imaging for your database, click the paperclip to add/maintain attachments.
If Document Imaging has not been enabled for your database or your Access Role (System Administration > Define Access) does not have access to this functionality, you will just click Next to go to the next step of the task.

Attachments added through this task will be available on the AR Certification on the Household Detail > Transactions tab after the move-in has been completed.
Click Next to go onto the References step of the task or click Finished to complete the task without looking at References or Income and Expenses.
This allows you to receive references for a household and not have to deal with updating References or Income and Expenses until you are in the Certify step of the Annual Recertification Process.
References (Household Detail - References)
Add or delete Personal and Business References, as well as maintain existing references and adding/editing/deleting expected family additions.
Click Next to go onto the Income and Expenses step of the task or click Finished to complete the task without looking at Income and Expenses.
This allows you to receive references for a household and not have to deal with updating Income and Expenses until you are in the Certify step of the Annual Recertification Process.
Income and Expenses (Household Detail - Income and Expenses)
Add the new verified income, asset, and expense information for the household.
Click Next to go through the Income and Expense tabs (Create Worksheet, Edit Worksheet & Summary).
After clicking Next to Summary Income & Expense Tab, A pop-up will appear stating "You have successfully tracked verification forms." Click OK
REMEMBER: You may go back to this step of the process to track additional verification forms, if they were not all returned at the same time.
