Call References for Failure to Return

This task will list all references with the number of missing forms for each.  As each Reference is selected, the households with missing forms for this reference will be listed.  Also displayed will be all the details behind each reference (name, address & phone numbers).

Prerequisites to complete task correctly.

• Tenant signatures on the verification forms have been obtained

• and the verification forms have been sent.
