This task works on the selected household, and is available any time after the first notice is sent until third party verification is complete. The wizard allows you to update phone numbers/contacts, members, and references.
This task is available for a household in the Send Notice step after the 1st Notice has been sent and in the Obtain Tenant Signatures step. Once you have gone through this task from the Send Notices step, the household will be moved to the Obtain Tenant Signatures step or onto the Verify References step if tenant signatures have been obtained. From the Tenant Signatures step, you can go into this task until you indicate that you have received all information and signatures from the household. At which time, the Household will be moved to the Verify References step.

Phone Numbers and/or Contacts (Household Detail - General Tab)
To insert a New Phone Number, either right-click and select "Insert New Phone Number" or click the "Insert New Phone" button.
To delete a Phone Number, click on the phone number to be deleted, then right-click and select "Delete Selected Phone Number".
Existing Phone Numbers can be changed by just modifying the phone type, Prim. check box, and/or phone number and extension.
To Insert or Delete Contacts, click on the related button under the Household Contact List.
Click Next.
Members (Household Detail - Members)
This is only used to make changes to existing members and adding/editing/deleting expected family additions.
Click Next.
References (Household Detail - References)
Add or delete Personal and Business References, as well as maintain existing references.
Tenant Response - Do you wish for this activity to serve as the household's acknowledgement of notice?
Answering Yes will advance this household to the next step, "Obtain Tenant Signatures".
Answering No will keep this household on the current activity, "Send Notices" and skip to the Print Options step.
This step of the task is not available once the household is in the Obtain Tenant Signatures step.
Tenant Signatures - Indicate whether or not you have received all the updated information and signatures from the household.
Clicking yes will move the tenant into the Verify References step
Clicking no will leave the household in the Obtain Tenant Signatures step
Click Next.
Select the available forms you want to print by clicking the box next to the document name.
Specify the number of copies you want for each document.
You can preview many of the documents in Microsoft Word, make changes, and print them within Microsoft Word by clicking the preview icon.
Enter the Send and Return Dates that will be used in the documents.
Click Finished.
