Correct Selected Work

This task is used to change fields on the Work Order that cannot be changed directly on the Work Detail > General Information - Work Order Summary tab.  With this task you can make changes to the:

Prerequisites to complete task correctly.

How do you get here?

Work Detail General Information Work Order Summary Correct Selected Work

or

Work Detail General Information Inspection Summary Correct Selected Work

To correct the selected Work:

  1. Reported Date - This can be changed to any date in the past.  This is the Work was reported or requested by the resident or staff, not necessarily the date the Work is created in Property Manager.

  2. Due Date - The date you want the work to be finished by.

  3. Source - Select source of the work..

  4. Preventative Maintenance? - Change whether or not the Work should be considered Preventative Maintenance.

  5. Emergency? - Change whether or not the Work should be considered an Emergency.

  6. Click Finished to save your changes to the selected Work.
