On this table, you can create and maintain problem templates. These templates are used to create a quick start work order to handle common problems for locations and location items in your communities, buildings, units, and amenities. When using the Create New Work Order task, you can select the Quick Start option, and select from a list of problem templates for the community, building, unit, or amenity for which the work order is being created.
Instead of selecting a location, the location item, and the problem, you can just select the problem template for the work order.
Example
A user selects a problem template for a clogged toilet for the quick start, and then, when the Create New Work Order task is finished, a new work order to unclog the toilet in the bathroom of the unit is created. The user creating the work order does not need to specify the location or location items. They can select the problem, and then the resulting work order is created for the location and location item, with the task and skill required to complete the task.
On this table, you can highlight the existing problem templates to view additional details on the Line Items, Communities, and Schedules tabs below. To view active templates, select the Active radio button. To view all templates, select the All radio button.
