o       IR 78428 - Move-outs now correctly contain the action code of V, for vacate, on MINC files.

o       IR 78497 - When foster children in USDA households are assigned a full time student status, the MINC file now correctly does not include an allowance or count any foster children towards the household composition.

o       IR 78667 - Certification types now correctly contain the appropriate action code on MINC files.

o       IR 78687 - The personal status code on MINC files now populates correctly.

o       IR 78690 - MINC files now correctly populate the USDA unit number specified on the Unit Detail > General tab instead of the apartment number, and MINC files now include the new unit ID field for all certifications. Additionally, leading zeros in front of the borrower ID are no longer being dropped.
