o       IR 70256 - The Emphasys LIHTC Export file is now correctly excluding expenses as originally designed.

o       IR 70262 - The Spectrum TICs have been updated to maintain compliance with 2013 specifications.

§        IR 69847 - The Tax Credit Annual Summary report now pulls correct unit totals into the Qualified Occupied section.
