Property Manager:

·        Household Detail

§        General Information

o       IR 70973 - When changing a move out date, the system now only generates a single correction entry, instead of a correction entry and an additional move out record, and the correction displays correctly on the transaction tab.

§        Forms

o       IR 69915 - The Total Tenant Payment is now calculating and displaying correctly on section 9 of the certification and the Household Detail's General, Income & Expense, and Accounting tabs, for households in Public Housing Assistance with minimum rent.

o       IR 70972 - The Alien Registration Number is now corrected populated on all TIC forms.

·        Reports

§        IR 70731 - The Welfare Exemption Report now correctly populates the 80% of HUD AMI regardless of the household's funding program or the active funding programs at the community.
