o IR 75174 - The California Alternate TIC for 2014 is now available for use.
o IR 75596 - Part II of the Maine Self TIC has been corrected to include a row for each household member who earns income and to not include rows for members who do not earn income.
· Occupancy and Compliance Detail
§ MINCS
o USDA Budgets
♦ IR 69468 - The Unit Types field on the USDA Budget has been corrected to include types that follow the specifications of the USDA Industry Interface.
§ LIHTC
o LIHTC Transmission Files
♦ IR 70969 - The XML schema for Emphasys Export has been updated to pick up any applicable transactions that fall within the selection criteria. Because of this change, clients will no longer be limited to including only one certification per household.
♦ IR 75185 - Coding for the unit transfer data has been corrected to report correctly to the Web-Based Annual Reporting System (WBARS).
♦ IR 75570 - The 2013 HOME rent limits for three metro areas in California—Orange County, Riverside-San Bernadino-Ontario, and Sacramento-Adren-Arcade-Roseville—have been updated to correct calculation errors.
♦ IR 75597 - The XML schema has been updated to correctly report Section 8 MOD Rehab and PRAC in the WBARS transmission.
o NAHMA
♦ IR 70944 - When building a file through the Transmit/Retransmit File task or Build LIHTC task and trying to transmit through NAHMA 2.0, the tasks now correctly load the website. Previously, the tasks would attempt to send the file to disc.
♦ IR 72484 - The OtherProgram field on the LIHTC files will now only populate when applicable to prevent rejection for communities within a Federal or State Tax Credit program.
♦ IR 72711 - The NAHMA 3.0 export interface is now available when using the Create New Export task.
♦ IR 72810 - The XML schema has been updated to correctly display the HOME designation when exporting with NAHMA 2.0 and NAHMA 3.0.
