Property Manager:

·        Household Detail

§        General Information

o       Manage Reasonable Accommodations - In this task, you will now no longer receive an error when managing reasonable accommodations.

o       Income and Expenses Worksheet - Whenever you access this worksheet, the More link is now available for all income types after adding an income line item and clicking the Save button.

o       Income and Expenses Worksheet - Whenever you complete a certification task, you can now enter year-to-date income even if the fiscal year start date is not within the current year.

§        Additional Info

o       Add Household Contact - You can now complete this task without receiving an error.

§        Income and Expense

o       Income and Expense Worksheet Detail - Effective June 21, 2012, PHAs can establish passbook rates again. When inputting new PHA passbook rates into the system look up tables and adding assets over $5,000, the system pulls in the correct rate and adds income from assets into the calculation.

§        Transactions

o       The correct maximum rent for multiple households will now display correctly on the CA Self TIC even when the household's community does not have a federal tax credit limit set up.

o       An error in Field 68 on HUD 50059 had been occurring in some cases and is now corrected. The error did not impact the total income reported (that is, Fields 70-74 and 90) or the calculation of rent, just the detail reported by Income Type Code. The 50059 forms that were affected had income entered on the expanded Income and Expense pop-up worksheets in fields other than the regular income (that is, overtime or additional income), or amounts in the other three quadrants that resulted in the HUD income reported. MRI Support can assist in providing a list of certifications that would need to be corrected.

o       When swapping a household to add an additional funding program to a 236 unit, the system now retains the correct 236 program termination eligibility in a unit that was terminated because of an income increase.

o       The Maine TIC and Maine Self TIC are updated and compliant as of May 2012.

o       The California TIC and California Alt TIC are updated and compliant as of March 2012.

o       The Nevada TIC now correctly populates any overflow pages and selects the correct box when the household is a transfer.

·        Community Detail

§        Program Info

o       Gross rent charge is now calculating Rent/Subsidy correctly for households.

o       The CA TIC now has the capacity to show eleven members in a tax credit household.
