o       IR 75592 - The Race and Ethnicity fields for the head of household are now being populated correctly when uploading LIHTC files to Emphasys.

o       IR 75774 - The Special Population field for the head of household is now being populated correctly when uploading LIHTC files to Emphasys. Additionally, the Emphasys Transaction report now correctly includes move-out and transfer certifications.
