§        Forms

o       IR 73265 - The date in the footer of the Washington TIC has been updated to maintain compliance.

o       IR 75879 - The Washington TIC has been updated to maintain compliance.

o       IR 76192 - The form date in the footer and the expiration date of the 50058 and 50058 MTW forms have been updated to maintain compliance.

o       IR 76456 - The Deeper Income Limit on Part V and the Deeper Rent Limit on Part VI of the California Alternate TIC are now populating correctly after households are enrolled in a program.

§        Accounting

o       IR 76286 - When adding interest to all households in a particular community, the calculation now totals the entire interest paid.

·       Occupancy and Compliance Detail

§        LIHTC

o       IR 76485 - Unit transfers are now populating in the NAHMA 2.0 and 3.0 files correctly.
