Several improvements in functionality have been included in this maintenance release of 9.1. Please check the following release notes for all other enhancements and changes delivered with 9.1:
· Household Detail
§ Income and Expense
o IR 68887 - The anticipated increase section of the verification of employment now uses the correct data type to calculate total amounts.
§ Forms
o IR 68707 - The California TIC and California Alt TIC are updated and compliant as of March 2012. The 140% over income field now populates correctly.
o IR 68892 - The Nevada TIC now correctly populates any overflow pages, selects the correct box when the household is a transfer, and displays the 140% federal income level.
o IR 69408 - The Illinois TIC has been updated to reflect the 2013 changes.
o IR 69409 - A new Indiana TIC has been added to the list of available TICs.
o IR 69639 - The Maine TIC and Maine Self TIC are updated and compliant as of May 2012.
o IR 69640 - A San Diego, California, TIC has been added to the list of available TICs.
o IR 69642 - The Transaction tab will no longer show a database error when the community has a tax credit program with a 3560-8 certification form.
· Accounting Detail
§ Community Cash Receipts Tab
o IR 68857 - Community cash receipts can now be reversed even when a community has not selected a program group.
· Occupancy and Compliance Detail
§ TRACS
o HAP Requests
♦ IR 68923 - The HAP voucher for a PRAC with a household billing a negative subsidy now includes the negative subsidy on Part 1 of the voucher detail and creates the correct HAP total.
♦ IR 69021 - The HAP now shows the correct subsidy adjustment in Part 3.
♦ IR 69467 - HAPs that include negative adjustment amounts will be reconcile without error. Note: When reconciling, place the negative assistance certifications on hold to remove them from the HAP and thus put the HAP back in balance. Then manually add the certifications back.
§ LIHTC
o LIHTC Transmission Files
♦ IR 68698 - Build LIHTC File task - Pension amounts are no longer doubled in the file and will no longer cause the file to be rejected.
o NAHMA
♦ IR 68990 - Transmission files now show the Annual Income segment as $0 when no income is reported.
♦ IR 68990 - Transmission files no longer show errors when a household’s Social Security number is null and instead show “0000” in that field.
♦ IR 68991 - Transmission file header lines now indicate that the export type is version 2.0 by using IndustryStandardv2.0.xsd.
