o       HAP Requests

♦       Part 3 of the December HAP is now displaying the correct information for subsidy adjustments.

♦       The HAP voucher for a PRAC with a household billing a negative subsidy now includes the negative subsidy on Part 1 of the voucher detail and creates the correct HAP total.
