General Information - Inspection

Inspections can be performed on a regular or ongoing basis. Inspections do not include work or material line items. Rather, they are a collection of items to be checked. If an issue is found during an inspection, it can be addressed on a separate work order created from the inspection.

With an inspection selected in context, you can view details of that inspection, including all of the items to check. From this tab you can maintain certain aspects of the selected inspection.

Inspections can be added through the following channels:

            Inspection Templates

            Events tied to Inspection Templates on the System Administration > Maintenance Setup - Event Templates table

            On the Maintenance tabs for the Community, Building, Unit, or Amenity

            On the Maintenance Detail > General Information tab, using the Create New Inspection task

A Printed Inspection can be obtained on this tab by clicking the Printer icon.
