Occupancy and Compliance Detail

The Occupancy and Compliance Detail tab is accessed by clicking the icon in the toolbar or on the Property Manager Menu. Occupancy and Compliance Detail is a set of tabs organizing information regarding the community selected in the context bar. Most of the tabs are the same for all communities, however, communities with HUD project-based subsidies also have a TRACS tab, communities with USDA also have a MINC tab, and communities with Public Housing also have a PIC tab.
