For USDA communities you will need to send electronic files once a month through MINC. You will create the file in Property Manger and then upload it to the MINC web site. This tab will only be only be available if a funding program exists on the community(s) in context for USDA.
Once your project worksheet is finalized in MINC you should compare it to the project worksheet in Property Manager.
If you navigate to any of these tabs with a community in context that does not have a USDA Funding Program, the context will be changed to <All Authorized Communities>.
If you were attempting to go to the Project Worksheet Tab with a community in context that is not USDA, you will be placed on the Transmission File Tab. You need to change to a community with USDA before you can navigate to the Project Worksheet Tab.
The Project Worksheet and USDA Budgets Tabs will only be visible if you have a community with a USDA Funding Program selected in context. If you have <All Authorized Communities> selected in context, you will only see the Transmission Files tab.
