For Public Housing communities, you must send electronic files through PIC. You can create the file in Property Manger, and then upload it to the PIC website. This tab is only available if a funding program exists on the community(s) in context that has PHA rules apply.
PIH Information Center (PIC) is a HUD system that captures and stores tenant information contained in the Form HUD-50058 and submitted to HUD.
Note
The list of PIC Transmission Files is dependent on the selection in the context bar.
If you navigate to this tab with a community selected in context that does not have a Public Housing Funding Program, the context is changed to <All Authorized Communities>.
