Occupancy and Compliance General Tab

The Occupancy and Compliance General Tab can be accessed from the icon in the toolbar, or from the Property Manager Menu.

The To-Do List counts and list of households is dependent on the context bar.

 

The tab is broken down into two windows: the To-Do List and the list of households falling into each item of the To-Do List.  As you click on each item in the To-Do List, the details on the right will change.

Click on a section of the image for more information.  A list of tasks available here is provided below.

 

Tasks available on this tab:

Add New Special Claim

Review Certification for Approval

Sign Selected Certification

Sign Multiple Certifications

 

After you complete a task from any of the Occupancy and Compliance General To-Do List Activities, you will be brought back to the To-Do List Activity you launched the task from.
