This task is used to Complete a Follow-Up for a selected household for the Follow-Up date that was set for the household. If there is no follow-up date set on a the selected household, the task will not be available.
The task can be run for a household before the follow-up date for a household has arrived.
The selected household has a Follow-Up Date set.

Enter a note/explanation in the Description field to describe the follow-up activity that you are documenting.
If a note/explanation had been entered on the previous task run that set the follow-up date, that note will pre-populate the Description field for this task.
Enter/Select the Follow-up Completion Date.
This date can before the follow-up that had been set.
If you wish to add another Legal Transaction while in this task, select the "Add Another Transaction?" checkbox.
Click Next.
If the "Add Another Transaction?" checkbox had been selected,
Select a Transaction Sub-Type from the drop down list.
Legal Transaction Sub-Types are maintained at System Administration > Maintain Lookup Tables - Legal Transaction Sub Type.
Click Next.
Select the Follow-up document you want to print by clicking on it, if more than one is listed.
You can also use the Select All and Deselect All links to help in making your selections.
Documents included in the "Eviction: Miscellaneous" Document Group (System Administration > Maintain Documents - Maintain Document Groups) will be included in the list of available documents.
You can preview the Follow-up document by clicking Preview.
Click Finished to print the Follow-up documents.
When the task has been completed successfully, new legal transactions will have been created for the selected household.
