Complete Follow-Up

This task is used to Complete a Follow-Up for a selected household for the Follow-Up date that was set for the household.  If there is no follow-up date set on a the selected household, the task will not be available.

 

The task can be run for a household before the follow-up date for a household has arrived.

To Complete a Follow-Up Activity:

  1. Enter a note/explanation in the Description field to describe the follow-up activity that you are documenting.

  2. Enter/Select the Follow-up Completion Date.

  3. If you wish to add another Legal Transaction while in this task, select the "Add Another Transaction?" checkbox.

  4. Click Next.

  5. If the "Add Another Transaction?" checkbox had been selected,

  6. Click Next.

  7. Select the Follow-up document you want to print by clicking on it, if more than one is listed.

  8. You can preview the Follow-up document by clicking Preview.

  9. Click Finished to print the Follow-up documents.
