This task is used to undo or delete an existing legal transaction that was manually added for a household using the Add a Legal Transaction task. You cannot undo or delete legal transactions that were added by Property Manager.
To undo a legal transaction, follow these steps:
1. Go to Household Detail > Legal Tab.
2. Highlight the legal transaction that you want to undo.
3. Go to Tasks > Undo Legal Transaction.
4. Select the You have chosen to undo this transaction. All changes made as a result of this transaction will be reversed. Do you wish to continue? check box.
5. Click Finished.
