This task is used to undo the resolution of an eviction for a household. This task is only available from the Household Detail > Legal tab and not available from the Occupancy and Compliance Detail > Legal tab since the household is no longer in the legal process once an eviction has been resolved.
To undo the resolution of an eviction, follow these steps:
1. Go to Household Detail > Legal Tab.
2. Go to Undo Resolve Eviction.
3. Select the You have chosen to undo this transaction. All changes made as a result of this transaction will be reversed. Do you wish to continue? check box to confirm.
4. Click Finished.

When the task has been completed successfully, the household is moved to the Track Legal Proceedings To-Do List Activity on the Occupancy and Compliance Detail > Legal tab.
