The Household Detail is accessed by clicking the icon in the toolbar or from the Property Manager Menu. The household detail record is a set of tabs organizing information regarding the household selected in the context bar. The tabs are the same for all households regardless of the status, however the amount of information displayed will vary. Applicants, current tenants, and former tenants are all household records. For detailed information regarding each tab, click the link in the tab list.

The Person Finder in the context bar or the Person Button in the tool bar allows you to search for person/household by various attributes of the person. After selecting one or more of these attributes, click the Search button to view all households that meet your search criteria.
