On the Tenant Services tab, you can track tenant services for members of a household.
Note
The Tenant Services tab only appears for households in a community that has been set up to provide tenant services. This is set up using the Community Tenant Services task on the Community Detail > General tab.
Tenant Service Programs, Tenant Service Subprograms, and Tenant Service Subprogram Events are added and maintained in System Administration > Maintain Lookup Tables.
After the setup is complete, you can refer a tenant to a program, and then enroll them in a subprogram for that program. Once enrolled, you can record program events to track the process of the tenant through the program. Once complete, you can then finalize the program for the tenant.
