This task is used to delete a special claims schedule you created using the Create Schedule of Special Claims for Mailing task.
You should only delete the schedule if you have not already mailed it to HUD/Contract Administrator.
If the receipt of the Special Claim has been logged with the Log Receipt of a Special Claim task, you will need to use the Undo Receipt of a Special Claim task.
Occupancy and Compliance Detail TRACS Tab Special Claims Tab highlight the schedule Tasks Delete Schedule of Special Claims for Mailing
The schedule will appear in the window with the following message:
The claims on this schedule will not be deleted. You will have the ability to individually delete them, recalculate or place them on schedules as needed.
Click Finished to delete the schedule.
An Overall Status window will pop up with a Passed or Failed message.
If it failed you may need to make a correction or contact Bostonpost Client Support at myMRI or contact a Client Support Analyst directly at (877) 579-8896 for assistance.
If it passed click Close.
