This task is used to recalculate a special claim you have already created in the event you have made any changes that need to be reflected on the HUD claim form.

To Recalculate a Special Claim:

  1. Highlight the Contract/Community on the top half of the screen.

  2. Highlight the claim you want to recalculate on the bottom half of the screen

  3. Click Tasks and select Recalculate Special Claim

  4. The HUD form will be displayed with any updated dates and/or amounts.  To print this updated form click the printer icon in the toolbar.

  5. Click Finished.

An Overall Status window will pop up with a Passed or Failed message.

If it failed you may need to make a correction or contact Bostonpost Client Support at myMRI or contact a Client Support Analyst directly at (877) 579-8896 for assistance.

If it passed click Close.
