On this table, you can create and maintain phone types, which are used when you add a phone number for a person or business. You can also define the sort order, which is the order in which the phone types appear in selection fields.
Phone types are selected in the following areas of Property Manager:
▪ On the Household Detail > General tab
▪ On the Household Detail > Additional Information tab, in the Add Household Contact and Modify Household Contact tasks
▪ On the Household Detail > Members tab, and various tasks throughout Property Manager in which you can add or maintain member details
▪ On the Business Detail > General tab, in the Add New Business task
▪ On the Business Detail > Contacts tab, in the Add New Business Contact task
▪ On the System Administration > Management Offices tab
▪ On the System Administration > Employees tab, in the Add New Employee task
