This task is used to view electronic responses from HUD regarding transmitted files for all of your communities. The MAT errors, where possible, are displayed in human readable format.
TRACS Responses are grouped by Category:
Rejected - Fatal Error Messages
Serious - Discrepancy Messages
Informational
Unknown
Occupancy and Compliance Detail select the community in the context bar TRACS Tab HAP Requests Tab Tasks Review All TRACS Responses
Define the Search Criteria for the HAP Date, Contract and Filter by the Category of TRACS Response (All, Rejected, Serious, Informational, Unknown, Rejected & Serious), then click Refresh to view any responses.
You can sort the responses by any column. Click the title for the column (ex: Resp. ID or Resp. Date). The responses will be listed in ascending order by that column. Click the button a second time to sort in descending order.
All responses will be selected to print by default, however you can select to print some or none of them. To de-select responses un-check the box(es) in the Print column.
For your convenience there are also Select All and Clear All buttons available.
To print the response(s) click the Printer icon in the toolbar.
The detail of the response will print even if you have not clicked the Expand button to view the detail on the screen.
Click the Expand button for a response to see the details of that response.
For your convenience there are also Expand All and Hide All buttons available.
Check the box(es) in the Remove column to select responses you want to remove from the list, then click Finished to delete the selected responses.
When you are done reviewing the responses click the Back arrow to return to the HAP Requests Tab page, or click a button in the toolbar to navigate to another location in Property Manager.
