This task is used to review and/or edit TRACS Files in a HAP Request, Baseline File, or Single Tenant file, for the purpose of finding/correcting an error.
Occupancy and Compliance Detail select the community in the context bar TRACS Tab HAP Requests Tab
It is strongly recommended that you contact Bostonpost Client Support at myMRI or contact a Client Support Analyst directly at (877) 579-8896 for assistance, if you have never edited a TRACS file before.
Define the search criteria, and click Refresh to find the file you want to review/edit.
Select the file by clicking on it.
Click Tasks and select Review/Edit TRACS Files in Selected Item.
If there is more than one file listed - ex: a HAP file and a CERT file, select the one to review/edit by clicking on it.
Click Next.
Click Select All, Deselect All or on the Select Only drop down list to select from a specific MAT Record.
You can click on any column heading to sort by that column.
Click Next.
You may review the records by selecting a record in the column on the left, to display the record detail on the right.
Click Next.
The data file that is transmitted to HUD/Contract Administrator will display in a window. You may enter notes about this file in the window above it.
You may make changes to the data in this file - Refer to your MAT User Guide for information on the starting position and length for each field.
When you are satisfied the file is correct Click Finished.
A pop-up window will appear indicating "Process was successful" if your edited file was saved.
