Print Voucher Forms for Selected Item

This task is used to print the HAP Summary Form (HUD-52670) and/or the HAP Detail Form (HUD-52670-A Part 1) for a HAP Request.

Occupancy and Compliance Detail select the community in the context bar TRACS Tab HAP Requests Tab

Define the search criteria, and click Refresh to find the HAP Request for which you want to print the voucher forms.
Select the HAP Request by clicking on it.
Click Tasks and select Print Voucher Forms for Selected Item.
Both the HAP Summary and HAP Detail forms will be checked to print by default. You may un-check the box next to a form if you do not want to print it.
Select the number of copies you want of each form.
You may preview the forms by clicking the preview icon for each.
Click Finished to print the forms.
