This task is used to make delete an existing Rent Plan for a community.
Community Detail Rent Tab Tasks Delete Selected Rent Plan - mm/dd/yy
Verify that you have selected the correct Rent Plan to delete.
Check the box next to Confirm Delete.
Click Finished.
This will not delete the Gross Rent Change certifications that were created in the Transactions Tab of each household. Transactions from a Gross Rent Change done in error are deleted from the Household Detail > Transactions tab using the Delete Transaction task.
If a HUD Rent Plan was entered in error, it can only be deleted if the Gross Rent Changes have not yet been electronically transmitted to HUD. If the Gross Rent Changes have been transmitted to HUD, contact Bostonpost Client Support at myMRI or contact a Client Support Analyst directly at (877) 579-8896 for assistance.
