Change Selected Effective Date - mm/dd/yy

This task is used to make change the effective date of  an existing Rent Plan for a community.

How do you get here?

Community Detail Rent Tab Tasks Change Selected Effective Date - mm/dd/yy

To Change a Rent Plan Effective Date:

1. Enter the Rent Plan's new effective date.

2. Click Finished.

• This will not change the date of the Gross Rent Change certifications that were created in the Transactions Tab of each household.  After completing this task, click on the Certify Gross Rent Changes task to recertify tenants with the correct effective date.
