The Special Claims tab is where special claims for vacancy and unpaid rent or damages are created for HUD programs, and where Non-Certified Subsidy Open Items are added for non-HUD programs. The tab is available for all units, and it displays information for the unit selected in the context bar.
A list of available tasks is provided below. Available tasks depend on the funding program.
