Print/View CA Discrepancies

This task will only appear if discrepancies exist.

How do you get here?

Occupancy and Compliance Detail select the community in the context bar TRACS Tab HAPS Request Tab Print/View CA Discrepancies task

To View or Print CA Discrepancies:

1. Define the search criteria, and click Refresh to find the HAP Request for which you want to print the discrepancies.

2. Select the HAP Request by clicking on it.

3. Click Tasks and select Print/View CA Discrepancies.

4. The HAP Summary, Regular Tenant Assistance, Adjustments, Miscellaneous Accounting Requests, Special Claims, and Repayment Agreement sections of the report will be checked to print by default.  You may un-check the box next to a section if you do not want to print it.

   • If there are no discrepancies for a particular section, that section will not display.

5. Select the number of copies you want of the report.

6. You may preview the report by clicking the preview icon.

7. Click Finished to print the report.
