Task is used to maintain existing household, community, or business notes.
To maintain a note, follow these steps:
1. Go to Household Detail > Notes Tab > Tasks > Maintain Note.
or
Go to Community Detail > Notes Tab > Tasks > Maintain Note.
or
Go to Business Detail > General Info Tab > Tasks > Maintain Note.
2. Make any changes to the selected note. Information in all fields can be changed.
3. If you have enabled Document Imaging in your database, to add attachments, click Next.
or
If Document Imaging has not been enabled for your database, or if your access role in System Administration > Define Access does not have access to this functionality, click Finished to save the changes to your note.
5. To save your changes, click Finished.
