On this tab, you can track tasks that are performed at the selected building. For each tracked item, you can define when the task was last completed or if a work order has been completed for the location, item, and task. The date in the Completed column is automatically updated with the date on which the work order was completed. You can also enter the approximate age of the last time the task was completed.
For each tracked item, you can review the following information:
▪ Location—Displays the location for the task.
▪ Item—Displays the item for the task.
▪ Task—Displays the task required.
Note
Locations, items, and tasks are defined on the Building Detail > Maintenance > Maintenance Definition tab, as well as on the Locations and Location Item Definitions tables in System Administration > Maintenance Setup.
▪ Completed—Displays the date on which the work order was completed for the location, item, and task.
▪ Age—Enter the age of the last time the task was completed.
▪ Lifespan—Based on the date the work order was completed or age, this field displays the number of years.
▪ Years Rem.—Based on the date the work order was completed or age, this field displays the years remaining for the task.
▪ WO Nbr.—Displays the number of the open work order for the task.
