When Create Lease is selected, the detail displays all households that have notices due based on the number of days specified on the Community Detail > Program Info Tab. After a lease has been created for the tenant, the tenant is moved to the Sign Lease To-Do List Activity.
The Lease Change task is also available from the Household Detail > General tab. The Lease Renewal Task is the same as the Create Lease step of the Lease Renewal task on the Household Detail > General tab.
