This task is used for households in conventional and commercial communities (no rules apply flag set) to facilitate the lease renewal process where verifications, income and expense worksheets, etc. are not required.
Household Detail General Tab Tasks Lease Review
Enter the effective date of the lease.
Click Next.

This is only used to make changes to existing members and adding/editing/deleting expected family additions.
Add the new verified income, asset, and expense information for the household. For detailed information on this click here Income and Expense.
As this is for a conventional or commercial lease, you are not required to enter income and expenses and can just click Next through this portion of the task wizard.
Create Lease (functions much like Create Certification, but without the compliance Household Detail - Create Certification)
Overriding rent is generally allowed for conventional and commercial funding program groups.
Select the available forms you want to print by clicking the box next to the document name.
You can also use the Select All and Deselect All links to help in making your selections.
Documents included in the "Lease Review: Review Lease" Document Group (System Administration > Maintain Documents - Maintain Document Groups) will be included in the list of available documents.
Specify the number of copies you want for each document.
You can preview many of the documents in Microsoft Word, make changes, and print them within Microsoft Word by clicking the preview icon.
Click Finished to print the lease renewal documents selected.
A Results pop-up will appear stating whether or not the process passed or failed.
Select the available forms you want to print by clicking the box next to the document name.

Documents to be included on this Print Option step are set at the System Administration > Maintain Documents tab under Maintain Document Groups (Group = "Lease Review: Review Lease") The list of documents will be further filtered down by the Document Selection Criteria under Maintain Documents.
Click Finished to print the selected documents.
