This task is used for households in conventional and commercial communities (no rules apply flag set) to facilitate the lease renewal process where verifications, income and expense worksheets, etc. are not required.

How do you get here?

Household Detail General Tab Tasks Lease Review

To Process a Lease Review:

  1. Enter the effective date of the lease.

  2. Click Next.

  3. Members - For detailed information on how to do this click here: Household Members

  4. Add the new verified income, asset, and expense information for the household.  For detailed information on this click here Income and Expense.

  5. Create Lease (functions much like Create Certification, but without the compliance Household Detail - Create Certification)

  6. Select the available forms you want to print by clicking the box next to the document name.

  7. Specify the number of copies you want for each document.

  8. Click Finished to print the lease renewal documents selected.

  9. A Results pop-up will appear stating whether or not the process passed or failed.

  10. Select the available forms you want to print by clicking the box next to the document name.

  11. Specify the number of copies you want for each document.

  12. Click Finished to print the selected documents.
