Modify Succession Status

This task allows you to change the type of succession between “Succession - Renewal OK” and Succession - Needs Vacancy Lease” and vice-versa.  The task is only available for households living in units that are in a Rent Regulation Funding Program.

Prerequisites to complete task correctly.

• Household is living in a unit that is in a Rent Regulation Funding Program.

• Head of Household has been removed with the Remove Member task on the Household Detail > Members tab and the Succession Status has been set for the new Head of Household.

How do you get here?

Occupancy and Compliance Detail Leases Tab Tasks Modify Succession Status

To Modify the Succession Status for the selected Household:

1. Select the new Type of Succession from the drop down list.

   • <None>

   • Succession - Renewal OK

   • Succession - Needs Vacancy Lease

2. Click Finished to change the Succession Status.
