Undo Certify Move-In/Transfer

Using this task, you can undo the certify move-in step, removing the certification that was created in the process. You must complete this task to be able to reschedule or cancel a move-in.

Note

If the certification has been transmitted to an agency, you cannot complete this task for the household.

To undo the certify move-in step, follow these steps:

1.         Go to Occupancy and Compliance > Manage Vacancies Tab.

or

Go to Household Detail > General Tab.

2.         Go to Tasks > Undo Certify Move-In/Transfer.

3.         Select the Yes, continue with Undo check box.

4.         Click Finished.
