This task is used to reschedule the Move-In for a different date.
The Move-In must have already been scheduled.
If the Move-In has already been certified, you will need to use the Undo Certify Move-In/Transfer task first.
Occupancy and Compliance Manage Vacancies Tab highlight the unit Tasks Reschedule Move-In/Transfer
or
Household Detail General tab Tasks Reschedule Move-In/Transfer
Enter the new Move-In date and the new Actual Out Date.
Click Next.
If this is a Transfer, you will be asked about Household and Income changes.
If you need to report any changes in household composition or assets, income and expenses, select the check box and click Next.
If selected, you will get a warning message asking to make sure that this is the correct action. Click Yes to continue or No to remove your selection.
You may enter a waitlist comment and/or a turnover note.
Check any of the following override options that are applicable for the household:
Click Next.
An Overall Status window will pop up with a Passed or Failed message.
If it failed you may need to make a correction or contact support for assistance.
If it passed click Close.
Select any available documents you want to print by checking the box next to the document name.
You can also use the Select All and Deselect All links to help in making your selections.
Documents included in the "Move-in Household: Schedule Move-in" Document Group (System Administration > Maintain Documents - Maintain Document Groups) will be included in the list of available documents.
Specify the number of copies you want for each document.
You can preview many of the documents in Microsoft Word, make changes, and print them within Microsoft Word by clicking the preview icon.
Click Finished.
