This task is used to send a an application to a new applicant or an existing household.

Occupancy and Compliance Prospects Tab Tasks Send New Application

To Send a New Application:

  1. If you started from the Occupancy and Compliance Prospects Tab enter the new applicant's information (otherwise jump down to Step 5 below), then click Next.

  1. If there are any people that already exist in Property Manager that might be a match to the person you just entered, the next step will be a listing of possible matches.  Otherwise you will move onto Step 5.

  2. Select either "I did not find a match, use the information entered on the previous screen." or "I found a match, use the person selected below."

  3. Click Next.

  4. Select all the communities/program funding groups for which the individual wants to apply.

  1. Click Next.

  2. Select any available documents you want to print by checking the box next to the document name.  Documents included here are those that are in the "Applications: Send" Document Group at System Administration > Maintain Documents - Maintain Document Groups that need to printed and sent to the prospect.

  1. Specify the number of copies you want for each document.

  1. Click Finished.

  2. A pop-up message will appear stating "The Send Application process was successfully completed."  Click OK.
