Fix on this HAP

1)      Add an OARQ Miscellaneous Adjustment

2)      Add the OARQ to the HAP

From (TRACS/Misc Adj tab)

Add Miscellaneous Adjustment

Add Selected Item and Modify Voucher Amounts

CA pays wrong amount Property Manager is correct

the difference may be resolved in the future

Fix on this HAP

1)      Add an OARQ Miscellaneous Adjustment

2)      Add the OARQ to the HAP

3)      Add another OARQ for the opposite amount

4)      Leave that OARQ to be included on next month’s HAP

Fix on this HAP

1)      Review Subsidy Open Items

2)      Delete cert from HAP

3)      Go back through recertification wizard

4)      Review Subsidy Open Items

5)      Add certification to HAP with correct adjustments

 

Delete Selected Transaction and MAT Record

Redo the certification wizard

Add Selected Transaction and MAT Record
