Transaction Tab highlight the transaction you want to add Tasks Add Selected Transaction and MAT Record
This task is used to delete a transaction for a previously transmitted voucher and does the following:
Adds the selected transaction 50059 certification form.
Adds the MAT record.
Modifies the last HAP request that has been transmitted.
Modifies the total subsidy amounts requested on the last HAP request that has already been transmitted.
In most situations the Reconcile Selected HAP Request task should be used to make adjustments to your HAP Request. However, if you are not ready to reconcile the HAP Request, but need to make a revision to the certification, at the request of HUD/Contract Administrator, you may use this task. This task is available for a transaction until the HAP Request that includes the certification has been reconciled.
In addition, once a payment batch has been started for the HAP Request on which the certification was transmitted, even if the payment batch has not been processed/posted yet, you will not be able to use this task.
The transaction must be one that has already been transmitted before it can be added to a voucher.

Click the check box to confirm that you wish to continue with this update after you have read what you are about to do and the warning associated with this task.
Click Finished.
Please note that the printed forms will no longer match the MAT 30 voucher file for the previously transmitted HAP request.
